Thank you for your interest in Kids Academy! We are currently accepting applications for children ages 2-5. Our program introduces children to different languages through play, offering the best rates for half-day and full-day programs, as well as a drop-off option.
Enrollment Process
- Complete and submit the enrollment form below
- Schedule a tour of our facility
- Complete registration paperwork
- Pay registration fee to secure your child's spot
- Attend parent orientation
Program Options
Half-Day Program
Choose from morning or afternoon sessions:
- Morning: 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 12:45 PM - 4:00 PM
Full-Day Program
Hours: 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM
Includes lunch time and afternoon rest period.
Drop-Off Option
Flexible care option available based on openings. Please call at least 24 hours in advance to check availability.
Tuition & Payments
Tuition is due on the 20th of each month for the upcoming month. This helps us plan staffing and resources for a high-quality, STEAM-focused program. Please contact us for current tuition rates.
Child Care Subsidies
We accept Virginia state childcare subsidies to help reduce costs for eligible families. If you receive or may qualify for a subsidy, let us know—our team can guide you through the process.

Military Families
We proudly participate in military support programs and offer enrollment assistance for military families. We understand the unique needs of military children and strive to provide a stable, nurturing environment during transitions.
